Jeetendra's Cousin Brother Nitin Kapoor Commits Suicide

Jeetendra's cousin brother Nitin Kapoor is no more. Nitin committed suicide this afternoon in Mumbai. He is the husband of popular Telugu actress Jayasudha, who resides in Hyderabad. She is currently on her way to Mumbai for the final rites.

Rumours are rife that Nitin had several financial issues which had sent him into depression. No suicide note has been found yet. Nitin was found dead at his Mumbai office around 2 pm, and it was quite late that the news started spreading and people started coming in and noticing his dead body lying unattended.

Jayasudha is the granddaughter of eminent scholar and literary historian, Nidudavolu Venkatarao and Gidugu Krishna Murthy. She first married Vadde Ramesh in Vijayawada. Dasari Narayana Rao was instrumental for this marriage. Somehow it did not work out and later she married Nitin. While Jayasudha has many friends in the industry, such as Raadhika and Revati, her closest friend is Jayaprada, with whom she acted in a number of films such as Adavi Ramudu and Meghasandesam..

Nitin produced a few Telugu films too. He was 58 years old. He got married to Jayasudha in 1985 and they have two sons Nihar (born in 1986) and Shreayan (born in 1990).

Nitin produced Hands Up in 2000,  Kalikalam starring his wife Jayasudha in 1991 and Mera Pati Sirf Mera Hai in 1990 starring his brother Jeetendra and Rekha. He was also an Assistant Director in the 1984 movie Asha Jyoti starring Rajesh Khanna and Reena Roy .
